A well-crafted opening of a magazine printing press immediately strikes the heart with warming charm. The introduction to the fictional French town is funny and I was looking forward to the next two hours. Actually three short films—the first is brilliant exploration of art that could have been written by Brad Troemel and plays like a comedic Sin City. The following two shorts aren't as engaging.
