First time to watch that film that I'd been really curious about for years and finally saw it online! The story is very easy and especially for kids though even a high school student (me) really enjoyed heaps. The big robot made of an iron whose existence has remained a rumour for the past few days arrives on the earth from the sky (maybe) and the boy makes a friendship with it, however, one of the cops who comes across the robot in the forest on patrol tries to destroy the robot before it's too late whereas the boy tries not to let him act against the friendly robot.
That's all I can explain with no spoilers. You will neither regret watching it nor waste your time though it's only 80min long. Wish it were a bit longer like 120min. Have fun
