I can't recollect the last time I saw a hunting-themed horror film. Dog Soldiers? The story of a family in the wilderness preyed upon a gigantic wolf and serial killer is some quality camp. Somehow the films production manages to feel bigger than it likely is. It's midnight TV horror that a high schooler could write, yet as a cabin in the woods film I enjoyed more than Shyamalan's latest.
